Brian works at the intersection of Technology, Business, Data and Software — someone organisations call on to translate a business problem into a system, a dashboard, a pipeline or a product, and then keep it running.
I work at the intersection of technology, business, data and software — leading ICT operations while also designing and building the systems, applications and data pipelines that make a business run better.
My experience spans ICT management, digital operations, software development, data analytics and engineering, business intelligence, automation, infrastructure, database systems and enterprise applications — most of it developed inside a real manufacturing/business environment, which means I understand technology from both the technical and the operational side of the table.
My career at Kapa Oil Refineries Ltd. has taken me from systems administration — managing network infrastructure, Active Directory and firewalls — through software development and into my current role, where I combine hands-on engineering with ICT leadership. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Eldoret and am completing an MSc in Data Analytics at KCA University.
